welcome to CVS our staff and our community and our students they are just so excited to be here we have about 286 students ranging from pre-k to 5th grade CB Eller Elementary knows that creating a positive environment is necessary to help students learn and grow here you'll find that kindness is contagious it's kind of fun to be at CB Eller it's about and really fun snacks you can meet new teachers and all my teacher and have been really great nice to two are very nice and they are nice there a lot of people in your school that's why I love you be here the mission statement of CB Eller Elementary School is that all students families and our community work together for the good of the students students are given the chance to learn in multiple ways we do whole group instruction partner work small group work individual work we try to really help every learning style no matter how student learns we try our best to provide an environment for them teachers and School staff work together to understand student strengths and challenges incorporating activities that are fun making classroom time enjoyable Miss Wagner Place fun games like science bingo in hopes to help us one we actually are Wonder one so every student has a Chromebook that is Theirs to use in the classroom we have different programs at the students used to learn so I'm our teachers can allow them to do some individualized work and then kind see maybe the skills that a student is lacking we have a great instructional specialist who works with our beginning teachers and our classroom teachers are grade levels plan together which is very high especially if you have a veteran teacher paired with a beginning teacher I am 4th grade teacher here at cdlr this school is a wonderful place to work and to be a student it so we have a very close-knit staff and we all get along very well gather we all strive to do the best that we can for our students as a matter of fact I'm a former student and I feel so fortunate to be able to work at the place that I loved as a student I'm so excited about our extracurricular activities that we have here I have a Good News Club that happens once a week we also have our girls on the run 12 note map is starting up this week so we're very excited about that and our PTO does something Monthly our community is very strong and I feel like people want to do what's in the best interest of the students and I think it all starts you know with the school environment in the home environment being linked together my PTO has always just wanted to involve volunteers and parents and students and of course raise money for different events as well students and Staff feel safe and supported and know their cared about we try to go around and do quick observations I try to greet teachers and students in the mornings and just being visible in the school cuz I think that helps everybody too the teachers work hard the students work hard and it just really makes it a great place to be welcome to CB Eller we're glad you're here
