CB Eller Elementary is located in the eastern part of Wilkes County there you'll find a tight-knit community and a school for the staff is not only were with the students but also each family CB Eller is very family-oriented I were the teachers care about the kids Kids Care by the teachers and parents are very involved and supportive it's just a great place to be a lot of people are welcoming and a group of students their 2018 Title 1 School designation shows just how well their hard work is paying off the CB Eller we are very focused on incorporating 21st century skills we allow the kids to work on. cases such as iPads and Chromebooks so we're doing a lot of interactive lessons community members number and trustor the kids entrust her as well and she's kind of a legend believe strongly in the best way to approach education is to First establish a relationship with each child they need to know that I care about them and care about education I like monkeys because they are really nice and we get to do fun activities with them every once in awhile my teachers are great and prepare me because they're always there for you out in the help you would you life skills CDL or not only prepares children academically they also help develop leadership skills and demonstrate the importance of lending a helping hand one example of how they're doing so is through the safe Paw Patrol coach Andy Kinder is our PE teacher he actually has a program called the safety patrol and which involve students with greeting other students and family members as I get dropped off and if they get picked up in Carlisle they are go around and help our custodial staff in the afternoon why I'm doing a good job because I get to help them out and make it easier on their life Mister Luellen's goal is to make sure CVS restricting the present as well as looking to the Future and how they can improve technologically Margot was the new principal here I'm over the next two to three years is to have each classroom have their own fears on Wheels card that way we have kind of a 100 1 mm laptop initiative I guess you would say other Middle School in high schools or 1 to 1 laptops and so my vision for CBL or is that we could follow suit and have that first units as well Peach Charlie's with fond memories and a sense of support beyond that they want the children who passed through to understand they'll always be there for them giving a sense of family a whole new meaning My Hope whenever students leave CB Eller is that they can look back on their time here and saying that I had an awesome at elementary school experience of the teachers really prepared me for the next level and that they can be successful no matter what problems come their way
