12 Note MAP

Wilkes County is currently offering after school music in the following elementary schools; Moravian Falls, Wilkesboro, Ronda Clingman, Millers Creek, and Roaring River.

The county apologizes that they do not have the resources to offer the program in all Wilkes County Schools at this time. However, students are more then welcome to attend MAP at any of the above schools. Students would need to be transported by parent or guardian to a site.

Attached is the 2019 MAP fall calendar to share with interested parents or students. Access the calendar by clicking on the the bold-faced title. More information can be found at - https://the12notemap.org/ or contact the program director Larry Skipper (336) 927-0672.

New Security at CB Eller

We have increased our security at CB Eller Elementary School! We now have a two-way monitor and keypad that allows Mrs. Darnell to control entrance into our school. The small monitor on her desk allows her to see and communicate with people who are requesting entrance into our school. The main doors to the school are anchored with 600 lb lock. We also have eight cameras posted around our school grounds that allow us view the main areas of our campus. You can see the view that we have on our monitor mounted on the wall. A special thanks to Wilkes Connections for the speedy, efficient and professional work that took place at our school. Parents, safety is a high priority at CB Eller Elementary School! Thank you for your continued support!
