Breakfast and Lunch Served

We will offer breakfast and lunch service beginning Tues, March 17. Sites will serve children 1-18 yrs. Meals may be picked up at the school car line. CB Eller will also have two outreach posts serving lunch. These are located at Thurmond Grocery and Temple Hill Church.

Student Learning

Information about how you can help your child focus on learning during this 2 week window (March 16-March 31) can be found by clicking on the appropriate grade level below. Once on the grade level page, look for the Student Link Section. This section will give students online learning resources to use to review material and practice skills. Parents may also pick up review packets from the front office. If you have any questions, please reach out to your child's teacher.

COVID-19

Effective March 12. 2020, Wilkes County Schools will suspend all field trips and will reevaluate this in early April.

Wilkes County Schools will follow the recommendation of the NCHSAA and suspend the Spring Sports Season at the conclusion of tonight’s games (Thursday, March 12, 2020) This decision impacts practices as well as scheduled games for both middle and high schools and will be re-evaluated in early April as well.

Per the Governor’s recommendation, all school gatherings of more than 100 people should be postponed. The governor did not recommend school closings at this time.


Again, we appreciate parent’s understanding as we make decisions to ensure the safety of our students and our staff.

CBE Honors our Veterans

Friday, November 8, CB Eller held a Veterans Day ceremony to honor the many veterans in our community. Mrs. Tracey Hemric gave an amazing rendition of the Star Spangled Banner. The student body paid tribute with several songs under the direction of Mrs. Jennifer Weddington. We are thankful for our veterans and their service to our nation!
